Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a polyphenol from red grapes often referred to as the 'longevity' molecule. It is known for its anti-aging benefits and has been shown to provide protection of epidermal cells from UVA-induced damage. Resveratrol also has significant antioxidative properties.
